These figures are an illustration only. The farm has not promised any profit or rate. Real results can be higher, lower or zero, and a loss year pays nothing. Models 2 and 3 are land and orchard ownership, so they have no fixed profit share.

How profit distribution works (Model 1)

Profit is shared once or twice a year, after the farm's accounts for the period are closed.
The share of net profit that goes to shareholders is [X]% [set yours], divided in proportion to shares.
An audit report is sent every 3 to 4 months so you can see how the farm is doing.
Some periods may bring no profit, or a loss. Nothing is guaranteed.

Models 2 and 3 are land and orchard ownership. Their value depends on the land, the trees and the market, and is not guaranteed.
