Eight steps from first question to your land

1

Read about the project

Look at the Invest & Return page, the livestock and orchard pages, and the Investment Policy.

2

Talk to us and visit the site

Ask questions by phone, WhatsApp or in person. Visit the site office and see the land.

3

Choose a model

Pick the Multi-Farm Share, the 1-Bigha Premium Farm Plot or the 3-Decimal Fruit Unit.

4

Complete the investor form

Provide your name, address, phone, National ID and a nominee. We use this to verify who you are.

5

Pay to an official account

Pay only into the project's official bank or mobile account shown on your form. Keep the payment proof.

6

Receive your documents

After we confirm payment you receive a digital money receipt and a signed agreement.

7

Land registration

Your land is registered by Saf Kabala deed. Costs and timing are set out in your agreement [set yours].

8

Reports and updates

Multi-Farm Shareholders receive an audit report every 3 to 4 months, and profit distributions are made as the policy describes.

Before you start

  • National ID (or passport) and a recent photo
  • Phone number and email address
  • A bank or mobile wallet account in your name
  • Details of your nominee
  • Money you can afford to keep invested
Payment safety. Pay only into the official project accounts listed on your form or on this website. Never pay a person's personal number, and never trust anyone who promises guaranteed returns. If unsure, call us before you pay.
